L’espace civique a été plus restrictive, les attaques ciblées contre les DDH et leurs organisations ce sont multipliées, la liberté de la presse s’est rétrécie. Chaque Etat partie de la Déclaration Universelle des droits de l’homme est tenu de voter une loi qui protège les DDH. C’est un mécanisme qui protège l’environnement de travail des DDH. A cette date , seule la Cote d’Ivoire s’est déjà dotée de cet outil. Télécharger la déclaration ici
