Déclaration N°4: Confiscation des MANE
Dans son programme de déstabilisation des organisations de la société civile, l’administration burundaise s’en prend aux œuvres et outils de travail de ces organisations. Le cas le plus fragrant est la confiscation des Maisons des acteurs non étatique (MANE), infrastructures qui hébergent les bureaux et activités des OSC aux chef lieu de certaines provinces.
